Established in 1993, Lokartha Social Research and Development Organization has pioneered transformative change for over three decades. We've empowered marginalized communities through comprehensive initiatives in livelihood, agriculture, environment, health, education, and watershed development.

Experience

The organization gained state recognition through innovative rural health initiatives, including training local women as midwives, making eight villages cesarean-free within three years. Alongside health, it strengthened agriculture via beekeeping, biodiversity, bamboo plantations, watershed programs, and farmer-led production systems, evolving into a Government of India partner with technical expertise and long-term impact.

In recent years, the organization has focused on education infrastructure, sanitation, biodiversity, climate action, women entrepreneurship, and food processing through CSR, government, and international collaborations. With projects spanning villages, schools, forests, rivers, and universities, it continues to work apolitically and collaboratively to drive inclusive, sustainable development across the region.

Our Values

To ensure sustainable development up to the deprived, neglected element as a resource center for sustainable human development & by providing excellent resources & results. Performance & objective - Socialization tools with the help of people for the overall village development so that the underprivileged people of the society, malnutrition, ignorance can reduce, illiteracy, inequality & violence, opposition can be settled. At the time of a natural disaster, initiative can be taken to preserve it.
